1 General Terms

cdd33 is an online casino and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. By accessing this platform or creating an account, you agree to all the terms and conditions described below. If you use the platform without reading or understanding these terms, you bear full responsibility for that.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

The cdd33 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

3.1 Identity Verification

cdd33 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. If required, a national identity card or other government-approved identification document may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cdd33's bonus offers are provided under specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means accepting the associated terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined). Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you can withdraw the bonus winnings after placing ৳12,000 worth of bets.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be shared with a third party.
• cdd33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Attempting to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

6 Gaming Rules

All games offered on cdd33 are operated on a fair and impartial basis. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Game Results

All game results are final. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, cdd33 will either refund the bet amount or restart the game. Any winnings claimed during a system error will be reviewed and decided upon by cdd33.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, all ongoing bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned.

8.2 Closure by cdd33

cdd33 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.

• If proof is found that the user is a minor.
• Operating multiple accounts.

8.3 Balance During Suspension

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the remaining balance may be temporarily withheld. A decision will be made once the investigation is complete.

9.1 Technical Issues
